Dealer requirements:
1. "Business to business": Must be either a retailer, wholesale distributor, catalog account or approved internet site.
2. Must be an exisiting / established business for more than 2 years
3. Fill out dealer application information and provide credit information. Click here to download the Dealer Credit Application, then fill it out and mail it back to the address provided. Please note: the form must be signed or it cannot be processed.
